Magazine Spread Reboot
his project features a magazine spread for the article "Should We All Aspire to Live Like a Modern-Day Cowboy?" It includes a cover page and well-structured paragraph text, which is fully justified and free of typographical errors. The text is organized into two columns, with a center-aligned image of a cowboy that adds visual interest. The text wraps around the image, creating the illusion of breaking the grid while fostering a harmonious relationship between the paragraph text and the visual element. The title and headings utilize the Council OT typeface, reminiscent of modern woodblock typography, complemented by Baskerville for the paragraph text. Overall, this project showcases the designer's proficiency in using InDesign to create compelling editorial layouts while ensuring that body text remains visually appealing without altering its content.
